Tony Rose is a husband and father to two beautiful girls Samantha (6) and Sydney (3) with another little one on the way and due in June. Tony was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 1998 in between his Junior and Senior year at Bryant University in RI. He started on a Medtronic insulin pump in 2006 and hasn’t looked back since. In 2008, Tony founded Blogging Diabetes to share his insights about real-living with diabetes and to help himself focus on his diabetes management. In 2011, Tony started a weekly diabetes podcast to further tell his story and share experiences with others in a way that puts a real voice to diabetes.
