Hallie Addington is the mom of one child, Avery. Avery was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2009 just after turning 3 years old. Hallie is a kindergarten teacher and a board member for JDRF’s Southwest Ohio Chapter. Hallie, Jason, and Avery participate in many awareness and fundraising events such at JDRF’s Walk to Cure and annual Gala. Hallie is also a JDRF Advcoate and has lobbied members of Congress in Washington and at home to increase funding and awareness for Type 1 Diabetes.
